Underwhelming Experience.

The location was acceptable.
The room they gave me faced the road. It was noisy! I was informed that they could not fix the balcony door since not every door is soundproof. Our air conditioning wasn't even working because the door couldn't be locked properly, so I had to change rooms.

I appreciated the prompt assistance with luggage upon arrival! also, the daily replenishment of bottled water in the room was convenient. It ensured i always had refreshment. the location allowed easy access to the marina promenade, i enjoyed this a lot.
i found the automated toilet flush somewhat disruptive during the night. it activated randomly, that affected my sleep quality. this design aspect could use some adjustment.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. One could also order specialty dishes from a menu. the restaurant staff was attentive to requests, that ensured a smooth dining experience. i found it convenient.

the hotel is steps away from the marina walk, that provides easy access to shops and restaurants. a nearby metro station allows for quick transport around the city. the accessibility was excellent, though the parking was expensive!

the rooftop pool has sunbeds and shaded areas. i noticed the fitness center contains treadmills and stationary bikes. there are also complimentary bicycles available .

the front desk staff was helpful with check-in and check-out procedures. room service responded quickly to requests! the porters assisted efficiently with taxi arrangements and travel advice. the staff ensured a seamless experience.

Decent Stay, but Some Issues

The staff seemed willing, but they were not particularly helpful. When I asked for a bag of ice for my trip upon departure, the reception staff informed me they had no ice. They then directed me to the restaurant and bar. I expect a higher level of service for the room cost. The reception should accommodate customer needs. not redirect you.

My room had a modern design. It was a City View Beautiful Room with a Private Balcony and King bed. I found the room spacious. It had large windows.
The gym was somewhat compact and got crowded during peak hours.

The hotel provides convenient access to public transport. The metro station is just 200 meters away. The food was delicious (especially the breakfast buffet!). Bathroom amenities included all necessary hygiene tools.
The room faced the road and was quite noisy. Staff didn't fix the balcony door. They stated not every door is soundproof. The air conditioning did not work properly since the door couldn't be locked correctly.
